* Content内容	Dear Team, <br/> <br/>Hope you are doing well. <br/>I am reaching you in order to inquire about the procedure for the application of visa issuance certificate. I am a Foreigner here in Korea. My visa type is D-2. I am going PhD. <br/>I want to bring my Spouse to Korea, and I am struggling to get visa for her. <br/> <br/>When I reach Immigration office here in Korea, they mention that my Spouse (Wife) has to apply to Korea Embassy in Pakistan. <br/>When my Spouse reaches Korean Embassy in Pakistan, they mention that her Spouse (me, her husband) has to get a Visa Issuance Certificate. <br/>When I reach Immigration office again here in Korea, they mention that Immigration office here in Korea does not provide Visa Issuance number to Spouse visa. <br/> <br/>Now I am in tensed situation, and confused about what to do to process her visa and bring her here to Korea with me so I can focus on my studies and research work. <br/> <br/>I have checked the information on these websites also. <br/>출입국관리법 <br/>[시행 2021. 7. 13.] [법률 제18295호, 2021. 7. 13., 일부개정] <br/>제9조(사증발급인정서) <br/> <br/>출입국관리법 시행규칙 <br/>[시행 2021. 9. 26.] [법무부령 제981호, 2020. 9. 25., 일부개정] <br/> <br/>제17조(사증발급인정서의 발급절차 등) <br/>제17조의2(사증발급인정서에 의한 사증발급) <br/> <br/>Please guide me in this tough and depressed situation.
