While the range of overseas Koreans varies depending on the legislative purpose of individual laws, in general Korean nationals living abroad and ethnic Koreans of foreign nationality are included. In this document, a distinction is made between Koreans nationals living abroad and ethnic Koreans of foreign nationality, and useful legal information on subjects such as nationality, departure/entry, and domestic activities is provided.
